The absence of a kettle and cups in the room is quirky. you end up scavenging from reception for hot water and tea supplies. Lifts can be tricky to call, and the mattress didn't provide the comfort I hoped for—too hard for a good night’s sleep.

the so-called breakfast was incredibly underwhelming, with sad, dry pastries and cold eggs on my second day. And I can’t believe they couldn't even provide a double bed despite my multiple requests. I’m still appalled that they didn't offer a welcome gift or upgrade to compensate for all the inconveniences I faced. Almost a good review, but no.

While my invoice was incorrectly issued in my partner's name, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The experience would have rated higher without the checkout issue.

Rooms are modern with air conditioning and spacious bathrooms. Loved the shower and bidet options. Lots of practical stuff like a hairdryer, minibar, and even a safe. The spa services like back massages were a highlight. Quiet street view from my room, and they have a fitness center too.
